Description
Using your tablet or PC, you can operate your heat pump, make settings, and access the new ServiceWelt app using Stiebel Eltron's internet service gateway. It can be connected to the router of the home network, and there is also the option to control the system via a smartphone app.
The device also enables communication with the Stiebel Eltron customer service centre. With time, the gateway will be expanded to include new services and appliance links.
