Vaillant’s VR 92 is a wired room thermostat that works alongside the wired sensoCOMFORT control. 

The wired sensoCOMFORT can control up to 5 heating zones, a VR 92 is required in the additional zones. For a wired 5 zone system, 4 VR 2s would be required.
